Identity and contact details (name, surname, telephone, e-mail), the content of messages you submit through listing and contact forms, your preferences regarding a purchase, sale or charter enquiry, and transaction-security data relating to your use of the site (IP address, browser information, cookie records).

Forwarding your enquiries about a listing to the relevant brokerage, conducting purchase, sale and charter processes, administering Yacht44 Club membership, presenting listings and content relevant to you, fulfilling legal obligations and securing the site.

Your data is processed on the bases of the formation or performance of a contract, the legitimate interests of the controller and compliance with legal obligations; marketing communications are sent only with your explicit consent.

Details submitted through a listing form are shared only with the brokerage that listed that boat. Your data may also be transferred to our hosting and e-mail service providers and, where legally required, to competent public authorities. International transfers are carried out in compliance with Article 9 of the KVKK and, where applicable, Chapter V of the GDPR.

Your data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods prescribed by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about such processing, to learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction, to object to a result arising against you from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage suffered.
