Yacht44 is a marketplace platform on which yacht sales and charter listings are published. Yacht44 is not the seller of the boats listed; any sale takes place between the buyer and the brokerage or owner that listed the boat.
2. Listing information
Listing details are supplied by brokerages in good faith. Yacht44 reviews this information to a reasonable extent but does not guarantee it. Particulars such as length, year, engine hours, equipment and price are not contractual; buyers are advised to commission an independent survey and verify documentation before purchase. Boats are offered subject to prior sale, price change or withdrawal without notice.
3. User obligations
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information through its forms, not to carry out automated data collection (scraping) and not to copy listing content without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Yacht44 brand, logo, site design and original content belong to Yacht44; listing photographs and texts belong to the respective brokerages. They may not be used without permission.
5. Limitation of liability
Yacht44 cannot be held liable for decisions taken in reliance on listing information, for disputes between buyers and sellers, or for indirect losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Site.
6. Changes and governing law
Yacht44 may update these terms at any time; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
